ASGARD RECORDS ONLINE STORE REGULATIONS

§ 1. General Provisions

  1. The online store operating at www.asgardrecords.store is run by Paweł Żuczkiewicz, conducting business activity under the name M and M Jaworski Spółka Jawna, with its registered office at ul. Polna 44/24, 00-635 Warsaw, NIP: PL7011033142, REGON: 7011033142, hereinafter referred to as the "Seller".

  2. This document sets out the rules for using the purchasing platform, the order placement procedure, delivery rules, complaint handling, and the right to withdraw from the contract.

  3. The Customer can contact the Seller via e-mail: kontakt@nidhogg.online.

  4. Acceptance of the regulations is voluntary, but necessary to finalize purchases in the store.

  5. The store operates on the Shopify platform.

§ 2. Definitions

  1. Store – an online service run by the Seller.

  2. Customer – an entity entering into a contract with the Seller (Consumer, Entrepreneur with consumer rights, or Entrepreneur).

  3. Consumer – a natural person making a purchase not directly related to their business or professional activity.

  4. Goods – products offered in the Store, in particular music albums and music publications (including "preorder" orders).

§ 3. Use of the Store and General Standards

  1. The Customer undertakes to use the Store in accordance with the law and good customs. It is forbidden to provide illegal content, including transmitting malicious software (viruses, destructive scripts).

  2. The Seller makes every effort to ensure that product descriptions and photos accurately reflect reality. Due to individual screen settings of devices, Customers acknowledge that color shades may differ slightly from the actual state.

  3. The Seller reserves the right to introduce changes in the assortment, modify prices, and organize promotional campaigns. These changes do not apply to orders placed and paid for before they came into effect.

  4. In case of a price reduction, the Seller also indicates the lowest price of the given Goods from the last 30 days before the promotion was introduced.

§ 4. Placing orders and purchase limits

  1. The sales contract is concluded when the Customer confirms the purchase by clicking the button indicating the obligation to pay in the cart process.

  2. The Customer is obliged to provide correct and up-to-date contact details. In case of errors in the order, the Seller will contact the Customer by phone or email to verify them.

  3. Wholesale and quantity restrictions: The Store conducts retail sales. Single orders exceeding 5 units of the same product are considered wholesale orders. The Seller reserves the right to refuse to fulfill such orders. Entities interested in wholesale purchases are requested to contact us directly via email.

§ 5. Fulfillment time and delivery methods

  1. Shipments are carried out exclusively within the territory of the Republic of Poland.

  2. The Seller offers electronic payments (including BLIK, payment cards via payment operators) and cash on delivery.

  3. Standard delivery time is 1 to 5 business days.

    • For online payments, this time is calculated from the moment the full payment is credited.

§ 6. Right of withdrawal from the contract (Returns)

  1. The Consumer and the Entrepreneur acting on consumer rights have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within the period extended by the Seller to 30 days from the day of receipt of the shipment.

  2. The intention to return should be clearly communicated – it is recommended to send an e-mail to: kontakt@nidhogg.online

  3. The returned Goods should be sent to the address: M and M Jaworski Spółka Jawna, ul. Polna 44/24, 00-635 Warsaw within 14 days from the date of notifying withdrawal from the contract. The cost of return is borne by the Customer.

  4. The Seller will refund payments (including the cost of the cheapest shipping offered in the store) within 14 days of notification of the return. The Seller reserves the right to withhold the refund until physical receipt of the Goods and verification of their condition.

  5. The Customer is liable for any decrease in the value of the Goods resulting from using them in a manner exceeding what is necessary to ascertain their nature and characteristics.

§ 7. Complaint procedure

  1. The Seller is responsible for the conformity of the Goods with the contract. A complaint can be submitted if a defect becomes apparent within 2 years from the date the item was delivered to the Customer.

  2. Complaint notifications should be sent to: kontakt@nidhogg.online or in writing to the registered office address in Warsaw.

  3. As part of the complaint, the Customer may demand repair of the Goods or their replacement with new ones. If the fulfillment of this demand is impossible or involves excessive costs, the Seller may propose an alternative solution (replacement instead of repair or vice versa). If these actions are not effective, the Customer has the right to request a price reduction or withdraw from the contract.

  4. Additionally, for the first complaint, the Consumer may immediately submit a statement of withdrawal from the contract within 14 days of delivery of the goods.

  5. The Seller will consider the complaint within 14 days and inform the Customer of the decision by email or SMS message.

  6. The Seller allows free return shipment of the advertised Goods by courier at their own expense – details of generating the shipping label are arranged individually after reporting the problem.

§ 8. Personal data protection and information on third parties

  1. The administrator of customers' personal data is the Seller. Data is processed in accordance with GDPR for the purpose of order fulfillment and after-sales service. Details are specified in the privacy policy.

  2. The Store may contain links to external tools or websites operated by third parties. The Seller is not responsible for the content or privacy policy of these external services.

§ 10. Final provisions

  1. The regulations are governed by Polish law. In matters not regulated, provisions of the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act, among others, apply.

  2. The potential invalidity of a single point of the regulations does not affect the legal force of the remaining provisions.

  3. The Seller has the right to modify the regulations for important technical or legal reasons. The current text is always available on the Store's website.

  4. This version of the regulations is effective from 10.07.2026.
